Abstract
Remanence enhanced Nd4.5B18.5Fe77 ribbons were studied by magnetic mea surements and Mossbauer spectroscopy. Some for the exchange coupling c haracterised properties were observed in ribbons after optimum heat tr eatment. Overheating caused decoupling, which was clearly detected in magnetic measurements. The remanence enhancement was evident in Mossba uer spectra.
