Abstract
The results of a neutron diffraction investigation on Ho, Er and Tm is omorphs of BaLn(2)F(8) from 4.2 down to 0.3 K are described. A measure ment on a powdered sample at 0.31 K was sufficient to determine the an tiferromagnetic structure which has a (10 1/2) magnetic propagation ve ctor for both the Ho and Er compounds.
