Abstract
Temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient R(H)(T) has been measur ed for the single phase polycrystalline samples of the high-T-c system Gd1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-y (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0 .5) at T-c less than or equal to T less than or equal to 300 K and in magnetic fields up to 150 kOe. It was found that the reduction of the parameter n(H)=(1/R(H)e) at T=100 K with raising of the Pr concentrati on x in Gd1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-y is approximately two times faster than in t he Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-y system.
