Abstract
The U-Fe-M, M = Al, Mo and Si, phase diagrams around UFe(x)M(12-x) com positions were investigated in order to find congruent melting compoun ds with ThMn12-type structure. This structure was confirmed in all cas es by single crystal X-ray diffraction and lattice parameters and occu pation factors were calculated. Magnetisation measurements performed o n single crystals and polycrystalline samples are reported.
