Abstract
The Fusion Aerosol Source Test (FAST) facility has been constructed to produce and measure aerosol material from 316 SS under a wide range o f accident conditions. Details of the design and fabrication of the fa cility are presented including aerosol production and measurement equi pment, effluent control, and data analysis. Preliminary testing has be en completed and results from these preliminary tests are presented.
