Abstract
Two children with thymic cysts located in the superior mediastinum pre sented with intermittent expiratory wheezing and strider. Their sympto ms resolved on excision of the cysts. Histopathological examination sh owed multiloculated cystic transformation of the medullary duct epithe lium.
