Abstract
Extensive transthoracic brachiocephalic revascularization is rarely pe rformed. instances of this operation performed concomitantly with card iac revascularization and carotid endarterectomy have been reported in fewer than 10 cases in the literature. We report ?he case of a patien t requiring complex brachiocephalic revascularization associated with coronary bypass grafting and a left carotid endarterectomy.
