Abstract
We report the case of a 37 years old woman with a past history of a ch ondrosarcoma who was admitted to hospital for acute pulmonary hyperten sion which proved rapidly fatal; autopsy confirmed that the etiology w as turnout microemboli rising from a single cardiac metastases from he r chondrosarcoma. The originality of this case report lies in the orig in of the microemboli and the way in which they presented as a recurre nce of the cancer.
