Abstract
Tracheo-innominate artery fistula is usually a fatal complication of t racheostomy. The trachea and innominate artery were successfully recon structed in an 11-year-old girl who presented with this complication. The thymus was interposed between these two structures in order to pre vent further long-term complications.
