Abstract
The influence of the crystal form on its dielectric properties is inve stigated in the [N(CH3)4]2ZnCl4 crystals. The crystals are cut in the shape of wedges along the modulation c-axis. The occurrence of anomali es on the temperature dependences of capacity C(a) and dielectric loss tangent tg delta for these incommensurate crystals is caused by the g radients of the incommensurate structure amplitude and phase.
