Abstract
A case of occipital ossifying fibroma in a 13-year-old girl is present ed. Ossifying fibroma is a rare, benign, primary bone tumour that occu rs most commonly in the mandible. Cranial vault location is extremely rare. To our knowledge, our patient is the second case of occipital lo cation reported. Total surgical excision is the treatment of choice.
