Abstract
We report a case of a peripheral corneal ulcer that occurred to a 33 y ears old female with a Behcet's disease. This patient had a previous h istory of viral keratoconjunctivitis with subepithelial nudoles one ye ar ago. The type, aspect and localization of the ulcer suggested an im munologic origin. The evolution was favourable after systemic and loca l steroid therapy. The other aetiologies of such ulcer are discussed b y the authors.
