Abstract
We present a case of ethmoid mucocele occurring in a two-month-old chi ld, and associated (presumably causally) with a benign fibroosseous le sion of the ethmoid bone, These two conditions may be more frequently associated than previously recognized; MR greatly facilitates their ev aluation.
