Abstract
An isotopic dilution method for the determination of traces of molybde num has been developed. The method consists of the complexation Mo(V)- SCN with substoichiometric quantities of crystal violet, and its subse quent extraction into chloroform. This procedure was successfully test ed for the determination of molybdenum in the range of 0.5 to 20 mu g.
