Abstract
With concentrated solutions, oxyanion adsorption at positively charged surfaces decreases when concentration increases. The distortions of t he diffuse layer with respect to the GC model do not appear for the st udied salts (sodium phosphates) when hydrophilic polymers are added. T hese results are explained through the influence of these polymers on water structure and the strong oxyanion hydratation in aqueous solutio n.
