Abstract
Two transition-state directed antibodies catalyse a Diels-Alder reacti on between a 1,3-diene and an arylnitroso dienophile; one of the antib odies shows a good rate enhancement (k(cat/)k(uncat) = 1205) and steer s the reaction in favour of the targeted isomeric adduct.
