Abstract
Measurements of X-ray diffuse scattering around the 200-Bragg peak wer e made in Fe-35.4at% Ni alloy in a low temperature range between 15 an d 300 K. An anomalous streak, which corresponds to a shear stress, alo ng [011]-direction was observed only in a limited area of the specimen in the low temperature region.
