Hyperfine magnetic fields (HMFs) of Fe70.5Cu1Nb4.5Si16-3xB8+2x (x = 0,
2) nanocrystals are discussed as a function of annealing time and com
position. Increase in the number of Fe atoms with Nb and Cu as their n
earest neighbours is observed with rising annealing time. As a consequ
ence, the average value of HMF distribution of the residual amorphous
phase is decreased.
