The influence of particle rotation on the magnetic properties of BaFe1
0.4Co0.8Ti0.8O19 nanocrystalline powder is discussed. The time depende
nce of the thermoremanence is analyzed in terms of T ln(t/tau(0)) scal
ing, instead of the logarithmic approximation. The relaxation rate at
low temperatures is discussed assuming that there exists a larger amou
nt of lowest energy barriers than expected for a single log-normal dis
tribution.
