Abstract
We report correlated measurements of magnetothermal and magnetoelectri c conductivities in a cobalt-silver mechanical alloy. Their variation with magnetisation indicates that their respective relaxation times ha ve similar origins. At low temperatures the thermal and electric condu ctivities are similar; however at higher temperatures an increasing ph onon contribution reduces the magnetothermal effect.
