Abstract
Spin wave resonance modes were observed in Fe(22 Angstrom)/Cu(d(Cu) An gstrom) and FeCo(14 Angstrom)/Cu(d(Cu) Angstrom) multilayers by FMR me asurements, which demonstrated that spin waves propagate through nonma gnetic layers and that the multilayer film was like a single magnetic system. In FeCoNi(15 Angstrom)/Cu(d(Cu) Angstrom) multilayers with Fe buffer layers, a group of resonance peaks were observed in parallel ge ometry.
