Abstract
Co/Pd multilayers MLs of various sublayer thicknesses have been studie
d by FMR at room temperature and by NMR at 4.2 K. The obtained FMR and
NMR spectra indicate ML inhomogeneity. The MLs possess a large uniaxi
al anisotropy either Lying in the film plane or inclined at some angle
of the film normal.
