Abstract
FMR/SWR experiments were applied for determination of the effective ma gnetic anisotropy field H-eff, the magnetic interaction field H-int an d the surface magnetic anisotropy constant K-s, of FeBSi/Pd/FeBSi and Ni/Pd/Ni structures. It was found that stresses alter H-int and K-5. K -s is also affected by the magnetic moment of the ferromagnetic sublay er.
