Abstract
Fe1-xAlx alloy films with 0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 1 have been deposited using magnetron sputtering. The structural p roperties were investigated using X-ray diffraction and Transmission E lectron Microscopy (TEM). Resistivity and ac susceptibility measuremen ts on films with 0.27 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0. 46 show ferromagnetic behaviour at room temperature which changes to s uperparamagnetic behaviour as the temperature is lowered towards 200 K .
