Thin films of alloy type Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 with Nb replaced by V or
Ta have been studied. Structural changes upon annealing were observed
. Saturation magnetization, anisotropy and coercivity were determined.
The films containing V are amorphous when as-deposited and crystalliz
e on annealling while those with Ta are crystalline from the begining.
