Abstract
This paper shows how the problem of (local) disturbance attenuation vi a measurement feedback, with internal stability, can be solved for a n onlinear system of rather general structure. The solution of the probl em is shown to be related to the existence of solutions of a pair of H amilton-Jacobi inequalities in n independent variables, which are asso ciated with state-feedback and, respectively, output-injection design. The results of the paper extend a number of recent achievements in th is area.
