Abstract
The QSAR studies of 9-anilinoacridines (1-13), antileukemic agents, ha ve been discussed. The antileukemic activity of these compounds is fou nd to be dominantly controlled by steric and electronic factors. Signi ficant correlations have been obtained between antileukemic activity a nd TAU index T, equalized electronegativity X(eq) and partial change d eltaG.
