Abstract
Contrast-enhanced CT is a valuable imaging modality in detecting extra vasation of intravascular, urinary tract or gastrointestinal contrast medium in major blunt trauma victims. This pictorial review illustrate s the CT appearance associated with extravasation of contrast medium f rom these various sites and emphasizes features that differentiate amo ng them.
