Abstract
Clinical descriptions of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease by the classical au thors are compared with 209 transmitted cases at NIH between 1968-1992 . Clinical comparison between Kuru, Gertsmann-Straussler-Sheinker Synd rome and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Fatal Familial Insomnia is include d into the latter. Familial forms: new acquisitions.
