Abstract
A 53-year-old woman presented with erosive pustular dermatosis of the scalp 6 weeks after a bifrontal skin nap and right frontal craniotomy had been performed for removal of a suprasellar meningioma. Although s ome authors consider that acute local trauma is a precipitating factor for this condition,(1-5) we believe that this is the first reported c ase following a neurosurgical procedure.
