Abstract
A comparison of different systems for the beta-glycosidase-atalyzed sy nthesis of 3,4'-dihydroxypropiophenone 3-O-beta-D-glucoside is reporte d including various enzymatic sources and different reaction condition s. The best yield was obtained using thermophilic beta-glycosidase fro m Sulfolobus solfataricus.
