Abstract
A liquid chromatographic method is described for the analysis of diatr izoic acid (2,4,6-triiodo-3,5-diacetamidobenzoic acid) and its 2,4- an d 2,6-diiodo degradation products in radio-opaque injection solutions. The method is accurate, precise, and linear at a concentration range of 5-50 ppm.
