Abstract
A triplet-pregnancy occured in a 51-year-old menopausal woman after oo cyte donation. Three of the four transferred embryos implanted and the patient elected to carry the pregnancy. She delivered three viable in fants weighing between 1500 and 2100 gm at 33 weeks' gestation by cesa rean section.
