Abstract
Therapeutic amniocentesis is currently used to treat hydramnios second ary to twin-twin transfusion syndrome. We present a case of prenatal g angrene resulting from hyperviscosity in the recipient partner of live -born twins in a pregnancy complicated by acute hydramnios from twin-t win transfusion syndrome and managed with aggressive amniocentesis.
