In contrast to the controversial transracial adoption of African Ameri
can children by Caucasian families in the U.S., international, transra
cial adoption of Asian children has not received much scientific or so
cietal attention. There has been a steady increase in this unnoticed m
inority group, made up largely of Korean children. This paper reviews

orean adoptees and discusses the dynamics of their positive adjustment
