Abstract
The crossover behavior of the semi-infinite three dimensional Ising mo del is investigated by means of Pade approximant analysis of cluster v ariation method results. We give estimates for ordinary critical as we ll as for multicritical exponents, which are in very good agreement wi th extensive Monte Carlo simulations.
