Abstract
Quasi-elastic neutron scattering is observed in Rb2Cu0.12Co0.88F4, whi ch is a two-dimensional antiferromagnet frustrated by random admixture of ferromagnetic exchange interactions. A cross-over is found from re gular critical two-dimensional Ising behavior to ordering in a multido main state.
