Abstract
Magnetic diffuse scattering has been investigated in the frustrated an tiferromagnet MnS2 by neutron diffraction with a linear multidetector in the nat-cone geometry in the temperature range 55-300 Ii. We have p erformed mean-field calculations of the magnetic diffuse scattering un der the quasistatic approximation, which agree with the experimental r esults in general.
