Abstract
Preparation of a new II3V2 diluted semimagnetic semiconductor (Zn1-xFe x)(3)As-2 is reported. According to X-ray diffraction data single-phas e material is obtained for x less than or equal to 0.015 while at high er concentrations a minority second phase Fe2As appears. Freezing of m agnetic moments is observed between 10-50 K, depending on the strength of the applied field.
