Abstract
FMR measurements at the K band were performed on Ca-doped MG films. Th e size dependence of the FMR lineshape and linewidth was attributed to an inhomogeneous stress-induced anisotropy. Two distinct types of tem perature dependence of the linewidth were observed, probably correspon ding to Fe4+ anti O- compensating centers.
