Magnetic and magneto-optical studies of spin-reorientation transitions
in DyFeO3 were performed. It is found that in the vicinity of the ord
ering temperature of the Dy3+ ion subsystem a field H parallel to b in
duces the spatial magnetic phase. The phase H-T diagram of DyFeO3 is c
onstructed for H parallel to b at 1.7 < T < 9 K.
