Abstract
A system formed by a cascade connection of meander-line strip grating surfaces that rotates the polarization plane of a linearly polarized w ave is reported and measured. Reflectivity measurements of the system shaped on a reflector-backed metallic ground plane have shown reflecti vity levels smaller than -20 dB over the 10.5-17-FHz band.
