Abstract
We describe the CT and MR findings in a patient diagnosed with tuberou s sclerosis after presenting with a hemorrhagic subependymal giant cel l astrocytoma (SEGCA). While these tumors are not uncommon in tuberous sclerosis, hemorrhage into them is extremely rare.
