Abstract
A menu-driven PC program for simultaneously testing the equality of me ans and variances for paired bivariate normal data is described, illus trated and made available. While the corresponding tests for independe nt samples are well-known and widely implemented, in the paired situat ion only the test for no change in mean values (the paired t-test) has been similarly covered. Tests for no change in variability, while imp ortant, are less well-known and not implemented in most commercial sta tistical computing programs.
