The tuning property of some nonlinear acoustoelectric voltage oscillat
ions observed in a high-DC-cur;ent-driven n-InSb Hall bar along a piez
oelectric direction is reported for potential frequency synthesiser ap
plications. The highest frequency change is observed for an oscillatio
n near 7.9 MHz with a tuning sensitivity of 248 kHz/mA.
