Abstract
The isolation and structure elucidation of L-755,805, 1, a hexacyclic polyketide with a novel ring system, from an actinomycete culture, MA7 150, are described; 1 inhibits I-125-endothelin binding to ET-A and ET -B receptors IC50's of 11 and 3.9 mu M respectively.
