Abstract
We report a case of double aortic arch in which the biphasic flow velo city pattern in the descending aorta changed to a monophasic flow velo city pattern after corrective surgery. The hypoplasia of left aortic a rch might prolong the acceleration time of the flow velocity in the le ft aortic arch.
