Abstract
Meconium peritonitis is an uncommon condition almost invariably associ ated with structural ileal obstruction or meconium ileus. Rarely mecon ium peritonitis may occur in an isolated form when the clinical course may be benign. We report a case where evidence of meconium peritoniti s was only discovered during orchidopexy.
