Abstract
A liquid chromatagraphy/mass spectrometry methodology is described tha t enables the simultaneous estimation of the individual protein-bindin g affinities of a mixture of compounds. This approach has proved to be robust and enables a series of molecules to be ranked according to th eir protein-binding affinities within 20 minutes.
