J. Tan et al., AN INVESTIGATION OF THE MAGNETIC-PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURE OF NANOCRYSTALLINE FE-P-C-MO-CU-SI ALLOYS, Journal of magnetism and magnetic materials, 164(1-2), 1996, pp. 211-214
A mostly single bce phase with nanoscale grain sizes of 15-20 nm was f
ound to form by the crystallization of amorphous Fe-P-C-Mo-Cu-Si alloy
s. The J(s) value (H = 10 000 Oe) reaches 1.595 T for the Fe79.5P12C6C
u0.5Mo0.5Si1.5 alloy. The low core loss of 0.14 W/kg at 1.3 T and 50 H
z was confirmed for the bcc Fe(79.5)P(12)C(6)Cu(0.5)M(0.5)Si(1.5) allo
y. The structure of the alloy annealed at various temperatures has bee
n investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron
microscopy (TEM).
